How long does shipping take?

All items bought before 12 pm (GMT) will be sent out the same day. Otherwise, excluding Sundays, your item will be dispatched the day after the purchase. Shipping will take 1-2 working days upon dispatch, as all items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. European orders will take around 5-10 working days, and international orders will take 7-14 days from ordering.

Are all items authentic?

Yes. All items are 100% authentic.

Do shoes come with the box?

No, unless specified (e.g., if the shoes in the second photo are in the box, then yes). If not, we will try to send a replacement box.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes, we ship everywhere.

Are there custom fees on international orders?

It can differ from country to country

Can I make offers on items?

This isn't possible directly through the website, but we do consider offers on our Depop, @amgarmzzz.

What do the conditions mean?

Deadstock/Like New - The item hasn't been worn and is still in the original packaging. Alternatively, the item is missing tags/packaging but is still brand new (10-10)

Brilliant Condition - Item has been worn a couple of times with no defects (8-10)

Great Condition - Item has been worn a decent amount with minor signs of wear and minor defects (6-8)

Fair Condition - Item has obvious signs of wear as included in the photos and product description (0-5)

Can I return an item because it doesn't fit?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the business, we do not offer returns on the basis of sizing. Measurements are included in the description of every item to make sure this doesn't happen.

Faulty or not as described: Returns and refunds are accepted if an item is faulty or not as described by us (e.g. undisclosed defects). Email us at archie.mechan@amgarmz.co.uk.

Change of mind: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To do this, email us within 14 days of delivery, and return the item within 14 days of telling us, in its original condition (you may try items on, but please don't wear them). You'll be responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or not as described. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Please note: items missing tags, in worn condition beyond trying on, or returned outside these timeframes may not be eligible for a refund.
